Booking Terms and Conditions
1.1 All bookings must be made through Maasai Boy Adventures via email, phone, or our website.
1.2 A deposit of 30% of the total safari cost is required to confirm your booking.
1.3 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the safari start date.
2.1 Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
2.2 All payments must be made in USD unless stated otherwise.
2.3 Bank transfer fees and currency exchange costs are the client’s responsibility.
3.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Maasai Boy Adventures.
3.2 The following cancellation fees apply:
- More than 60 days before the safari: 10% of the total cost.
- 30-60 days before the safari: 50% of the total cost.
- Less than 30 days before the safari: 100% of the total cost.
3.3 No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services during the safari.
4.1 We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, park closures, or safety concerns.
4.2 Any changes made will be communicated promptly, and alternative arrangements of equal or greater value will be provided where possible.
5.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to participate in the safari.
5.2 It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility requirements at the time of booking.
5.3 Maasai Boy Adventures provides adaptive solutions to ensure inclusivity for clients with disabilities.
